Delete your EstimateBook account

Delete it in the app

1. Open EstimateBook and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. If asked, sign in again and repeat the deletion so we can verify it is really you.

Account deletion removes your Firebase sign-in account, EstimateBook subscription record in RevenueCat, and short-lived verification and usage metadata held by our backend.

If you cannot use the app

Email hello@estimatebook.com from the address attached to your EstimateBook account. Use the subject EstimateBook account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What happens to estimates on your device

Your estimates, customer names, prices, business details, and logo are stored in the app's local storage. EstimateBook does not upload or sync them to our servers. Deleting your online account does not erase that local content. Delete the estimates in the app, clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall EstimateBook to remove it from that device. If Apple or Google included the app in a platform backup, manage that backup through your platform account.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription already billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
